Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the carrier confirms delivery, the customer is responsible for the package. We recommend customers file claims with the carrier for lost packages. We will assist with reasonable documentation when available but cannot offer refunds or replacements for carrier-confirmed deliveries.
Return Policy
Full refund available within 30 days of purchase.
After 30 days, customers are eligible for store credit only.
After 45 days, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the 15% restocking fee and return shipping cost.
