Policy Overview
Updated 2025Refund Policy
Full refund available within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, customers are eligible for store credit only. After 45 days, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the 15% restocking fee and return shipping cost.
Condition
Jewelry must be returned in its original condition without any signs of wear or damage, and must include proof of purchase.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, earrings used during a piercing appointment cannot be returned. Custom pieces are final sale.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Once carrier confirms delivery, customer is responsible. We recommend customers file claims with the carrier for lost packages. We'll assist with documentation but cannot offer refunds/replacements for carrier-confirmed deliveries.
